I'm originally from Maryland and grew up with a Chambers. When my dad died a few years ago and my mom moved in with me, she was leaving most of her life behind. I was hoping to make her feel more at home and had this Chambers restored to MINT. Mom is 85 now and doesn't cook any more. Some other changes are being made and I am going sell the Chambers.
It was updated to an electronic ignition so you don't have to use the match!
We didn't use the oven because I had double wall ovens. We did use the burners.
The only thing wrong is the timer. It does not keep accurate time. I never got around to having it adjusted and used a little chicken timer.

I keep going back and forth because it's so beautiful and was SO hard to find here in L.A. and I'm attached to it.... but if you catch me this month - I will sell it.
